She graduated from Çapa Anatolian Teachers’ High School and then completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law. She is currently writing her master’s thesis on “Arbitration in the Settlement of Human Rights Disputes of Multinational Companies and the Hague Rules on Human Rights Arbitration for Business” in the field of private law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences and is fluent in English.
Serra Koç, who is a research assistant at the Chair of Private International Law, has completed the training on Party Counsel in Arbitration given by ISTAC and has worked as a secretariat in many arbitration cases. In addition to her academic studies on Arbitration and Human Rights for Business, she also advises our office on these issues. In particular, she supports our office’s compliance projects with trainings on BHR and German Supply Chain Law.
