She graduated from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and then completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. At the same time, he is pursuing a master’s degree in labour law with thesis at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences and is fluent in German and English.

She has been providing services in various areas of private and international private law, especially in labour law, commercial law, law of obligations, real estate and citizenship law. In her professional life, she mainly specialises in dispute resolution arising from employee-employer disputes, employer representation and human resources consultancy. Senanur Alpay has been transferred to Kocaeli Bar Association as of 2023 and continues her professional career within Kocaeli Bar Association.
