Dilara Uçar graduated from Izmir Anatolian Teachers’ High School and Ankara University Faculty of Law. Dilara Uçar, who spent one year of her undergraduate education at Ludwig Maximilian University, Faculty of Law in Munich, Germany, where she took law courses, speaks fluent English, German and beginner level Spanish.

After graduating, Dilara Uçar worked for an English law firm in Frankfurt for a while, then returned to Turkey and completed her legal internship in Ankara and continued to work as a lawyer in Ankara for a while. While in Ankara, she simultaneously received her master’s degree at Gazi University, Department of Private Law, Department of Commercial Law and wrote her master’s thesis on Capital Markets Law. His master’s thesis on “Public Disclosure Responsibility arising from the Prospectus in the Public Offering of Shares” was later expanded and published as a book in 2020 by Oniki Levha Publications.

Dilara Uçar, who has expertise and experience in the fields of Commercial Law and Corporate Law, Contracts, Energy Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Start-Up Law, Foreign Investments, Labour Law and Capital Markets Law, is also a Trademark Attorney.

She provides legal support for structuring and investment processes of foreign investments, project financing, review of all kinds of financial documents and agreements, share transfer, corporate law disputes, corporate governance services, in particular, she provides consultancy to domestic and foreign companies in Turkey and internationally.

Dilara Uçar is registered to Izmir Bar Association and is also a Board Member of World City Izmir Association, a member of Energy Disputes Arbitration Centre, a member of GENÇ ISTAC and a volunteer of Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey.
