Aydıner, a solicitor and mediator with over 25 years of experience, has held senior legal management positions throughout his career at both leading Turkish companies and international investment funds.

As a Member of the Board of Directors at Deva Holding A.Ş., he was responsible for all legal and audit processes within the group, playing a critical role in mergers and acquisitions, licensing projects, collective bargaining agreements, and litigation management. As Legal Advisory Director at Turkcell, he shaped legal strategies in contract management business units, intellectual property, consumer complaints, advertising campaigns, and regulatory processes.

Internationally, he served as General Counsel and Board Member at EastPharma Ltd. and GEM Global Equities Management, achieving success in London Stock Exchange initial public offerings (IPOs), multinational investment structures, and cross-border M&A projects. These experiences have provided him with deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and investment law in publicly traded companies.

Furthermore, training from leading negotiators at the Harvard Program on Negotiation has provided him with a scientific approach to mediation and negotiation processes, enabling him to develop sustainable, win-win solutions that protect the interests of all parties.

As an independent board member at TSKB GYO A.Ş. and Yatırım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş., he has implemented corporate governance principles and contributed to strategic decision-making processes from a legal and commercial perspective.
